Non-Returnable Items

- Products missing original packaging or components
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or shipped incorrectly by Evirlix.
